I’m Pedro, the founder of FinCephas Consulting, a personal consulting project born from 17 years of experience in biotech financial management and analysis. My mission is to help startups and SMEs thrive by providing strategic financial guidance tailored to your business needs.

Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at a leading biotech firm, I bring expertise in financial strategy, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. With a proven track record in managing financial operations on an international scale, I understand the complexities businesses face today.

Certified by Portugal's Certified Accountants Association since 2013, my experience spans roles as Controller, Senior Accountant, and Project Financial Controller, which have sharpened my skills in performance analysis and financial oversight. In addition to corporate roles, I also support SMEs with project proposals for R&D European Funds and Portugal’s Tax Shield program.

My academic background includes a Licentiate Degree in Management from the University of Coimbra, along with specialized courses in Risk Management, Management Control, and Financial Management. An Erasmus program at a leading European university deepened my global business insights.
